The laws of the Republic of Namibia govern this agreement. Any dispute arising in relation to our agreement with you shall, to the extent permitted by law, be referred to arbitration in Windhoek at a venue to be determined by us applying the Uniform Rules of the High Court of Namibia.

You acknowledge that Afridrones Aviation has not reviewed and do not endorse the content of all sites linked to and from this website, and are not responsible for the content or actions of any sites linked to or from this website. Linking to any service or site is at your sole risk.

You agree to indemnify Afridrones Aviation against any loss, damage, harm, claim or any other cost whatsoever that we may sustain as a result of your use of www.afridrones.com, its subdomains and/or its contents contrary to these Terms.

We use cookies to identify the computer device with which you connect to our website. We reserve the right to restrict your use and access to our website or part thereof in the event of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend www.afrdrones.com or any part thereof or terminate your account at any time if we, in our sole discretion, determine that you are not using the website in compliance with these Terms or if we believe the information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete.

Any indulgence of extension of time granted to you shall not be construed as a waiver or variation of any of our rights or remedies in these Terms or law.

Use of www.afridrones.com outside Namibia

Customers who are not resident in Namibia are welcome to use www.afrdrones.com and its subdomians under these Terms to make online purchases provided that the delivery address is in Namibia or a local pick-up is arranged. International Shipping is to be confirmed prior to purchase by sending an e-mail to store@afridrones.com.

Accuracy of Website content

All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the information on www.afrdrones.com is accurate and up-to-date. We do not, however, warrant that the content or information displayed is always accurate, complete and current.

Any comments/product reviews uploaded by our users or any authorised experts invited as our guests are their opinions alone and do not in any way represent our views, opinions, beliefs or values.

2. ONLINE SHOPPING TERMS

These online shopping terms and conditions apply to all purchases ordered online at www.store.afridrones.com. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. You are required to register with us before placing your first order online or alternatively buy as a guest. Please click on Register to complete the registration form. Registration and/or use of our online shopping website constitute your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the Terms of our website, including the additional online shopping terms below.

Online registration

Registration on our online shopping site is conditional upon your specified delivery address being within certain specified areas. If your delivery address is not in an area where we deliver, your registration will not be completed. After you have registered, should you change your delivery address to an address which is not in an area where deliver your order will not be accepted. When registering, you will be required to include your full name, e-mail address, mobile phone number, as well as your password.

Please keep your password private. Afridrones Aviation accepts no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from the use or misuse of your password. You will be required to enter your e-mail address and password each time you visit our online shopping site. To amend any registration particulars, please click on “My Profile” and edit your details.

Product sales and availability

All products displayed on www.afridrones.com are subject to availability and will be delivered only within the Republic of Namibia. Any delivery outside of Namibia is to be arranged prior to purchase and pending approval by Afridornes Aviation. Prices shown on our website are generally quoted in Namibian Dollars and are valid and effective only in the Republic of Namibia. Alternative currencies shown on the website (e.g. US DOLLAR or EURO) are for reference purpose only and might not reflect the actual price of the product. You will be billed in Namibia Dollars unless specified otherwise.

We reserve the right to discontinue or change the specifications of our products and services from time to time without notice. We will inform you as soon as possible if any products or services ordered by you are not available.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on www.store.afridrones.com. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on the device that you use to access our website, we cannot warrant that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Content errors

We regret that no order will be accepted if we identify an inadvertent and unmistakable error in the description of any of our goods or services or their prices on our website. Packaging may vary from that shown on our website.

Pricing policy

You will be charged the prices as they are reflected (in Namibia Dollars) on the website, subject to availability. Prices include Value-Added Tax. Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations.

A delivery fee will be charged for each order placed by you. “Free delivery” is subject to the individual products purchased and shall be marked as such during the selection of shipping method upon checkout.

Stock availability

Afridrones Aviation cannot always guarantee the availability of stock and will telephonically contact you should any product purchased for whatever reason not be available. If we are unable to supply every item ordered or in the quantities ordered, you nevertheless agree to accept delivery and make payment for the items correctly delivered.

Methods of payment

We will debit the total value of your online order against the payment card tendered by you during the checkout process.

Payment will be effected on acceptance of your order and prior to delivery. By submitting your order and payment card details, you confirm that you are authorised to make payment with the payment card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order.

Orders paid through Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) are only marked as “paid” once the funds have cleared in our account. Please note that products remain the property of Afridrones Aviation until paid in full and may only be shipped after the payment is confirmed.

Confirmation of orders

Orders placed online constitute your offer to purchase subject to these Terms. Afridrones Aviation deems to have accepted your order, and you as such receive our confirmation of your order. Failure by us to formally confirm or notify acceptance shall not affect the validity of the sale or the enforceability thereof.

Refunds and returns policy

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased from www.afridrones.com, you may return it to Afridrones Aviation for a gift voucher, replacement or exchange within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase. All products must be returned in mint condition, without scratches, external/internal damages and in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. Please read the Returns & Refunds details on www.store.afridrones.com.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all open box returns. This fee compensates for the diminished value of the item and the necessary inspection, repackaging, and restocking of the product. 

Gift cards

Gift cards are available for purchase on www.store.afridrones.com and are not able to be refunded.,
