Shipping

Free Shipping: We ship free of charge to any Nampost branch nationwide. This option is only available to our Namibian customers.

Local pickup: Feel free to arrange a pick-up of the goods at our premises in Windhoek.

Personal delivery: For Windhoek residents, we can deliver your purchase straight to your doorstep.

We are currently in the process of allowing for your shipping rates to be automatically calculated during the checkout process. For the time being, please arrange a local pick-up, or contact us directly for your international shipping requirements.

We only ship your order after having received full payment. In some cases we might even require to do additional fraud verification.

For items we carry in stock, orders placed and paid before 12:00 on weekdays, will be dispatched the same day and should normally arrive at your nearest Nampost branch the next business day.

Items that need to be ordered from suppliers, have an average delivery time of 10 business days. Please bear in mind, that although we pre-clear all shipments with Namibian customs, their processing time is often beyond our control.

Items that are taylor-made to the exact requirements of our customers can take as long as 21 days to manufacture and ship.

Payment

Online Payment
We accept card payments through Paygate, a Namibian registered and regulated Payment Gateway. For more information on Paygate, a DPO Company, please visit https://www.directpay.online

Bank Transfer
Orders can also be settled by direct bank transfer. Goods will only be released, once the full amount is cleared in our bank account. Please email your proof of payment also reflecting the order number to store@afridrones.com

We take safety and security very serious at Afridrones. Our shopping cart is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protected, establishing a secure encrypted link between our website and your computer, keeping payment and credit card information that you enter, safe and private. Our payment gateway provider, Direct Pay Online assists us with cutting edge fraud prevention management and is fully registered and compliant.

Orders & Returns

For the most convenient way to order and pay your products, please make use of this online store.

In order to cancel your order, follow these simple steps.

  1. Go to you profile by clicking on the “View Profile” button at the top.
  2. Once inside of you profile click on “Orders”.
  3. Inside of orders click on the order that you want to cancel by either clicking on the order number or the “View” button.
  4. Then scroll down until you see a red block which will give you the option to cancel your order.

Please note that you have a window of 24 hours to cancel you order, after that the option to cancel your order will not be available. Once that window has passed and you would still like to cancel your order, please email us at store@afridrones.com with the order number that you would like to get cancelled.

Although you can check-out with a guest account, only registered users will have access to all of our after sales services. Among others, these include order tracking, history and storing your payment details for added convenience.

Some shipping methods like Nampost and DHL Express Shipping include tracking. Once your package has been shipped you can track it by opening the Afridrones order tracking page.

Fill in the order number that we give you in your order confirmation email and your email address to access the order tracking information.

Please note that it may take some time before tracking information is updated to the website.

Any item purchased from Afridrones via the online store can be returned to us within seven (7) days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging and free of any damages.
  • Items must be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy thereof.

Items can be returned as follows:

  1. Directly to any of our branches.
  2. Shipping via Nampost:
    • provided that the items have been properly packaged and sealed.
    • The address must read:

      Windhoek, NAMIBIA

A notification e-mail to store@afridrones.com must be sent prior to dispatch, stating:

  • Your contact details
  • Reason for Return
  • Original Invoice number
  • Date of delivery to Nampost
  • Nampost waybill number

These details are vital for us to follow-up on the return process to avoid any unnecessary delays.
All items will be returned at the customer’s cost.
